Swedish National Day 2013

The Swedish National Day is today, 6 June. Celebrating were TM King Carl Gustav and Queen Silvia of Sweden; TRH Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden, Duchess and Duke of Västergötland, with their daughter HRH Princess Estelle of Sweden, Duchess of Östergötland; HRH Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, Duke of Värmland; HRH Princess Madeleine of Sweden, Duchess of Hälsingland and Gästrikland, and Christopher O'Neill, and Princess Christina, Mrs. Magnuson.

The Swedish Royal Court released a new official picture of Princess Estelle wearing the Swedish National Costume. The picture was taken on 4 June 2013.

 HRH Crown Princess Victoria inaugurated the exhibition "Open Palace" at the Royal Palace in Stockholm in the presence of her husband, Prince Daniel, and their daughter, Princess Estelle.

Official pictures were taken before departing the Royal Palace. Among the pictures were a group picture of the King and Queen, their children, their (future) son-in-law(s) and their granddaughter; a picture of the King and Queen; a picture of the Queen with her daughters and granddaughter; a picture of the Crown Princess family; and a picture of Princess Madeleine and Christopher O'Neill.
