Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg turns 90 on January 5, 201

HRH Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg is turning 90 on January 5, 2011. To celebrate this, a picture was released of Grand Duke Jean with his oldest son and daughter-in-law, TRH Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Theresa.

A concert will be held in honor of Grand Duke Jean on January 5 and according to Wort, Grand Duke Jean, his children and grandchildren will all attend.

Grand Duke Jean is the oldest child of the late Grand Duchess Charlotte and the late Prince Felix of Bourbon-Parma, and he was married to the late Princess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium on April 9, 1953. They have 2 daughters and 3 sons.

Prince Maurits and Princess Marilène of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven celebrate their 12.5 year wedding anniversary

TSH Fürst Philip and Fürstin Saska of Hohenlohe-Langenburg became the proud parents of their third child and first daughter, HSH Princess Marita of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, on November 23, 2010..

The couple are also parents to 2 sons, HSH Hereditary Prince Max, born March 22, 2005, and HSH Prince Gustav of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, born January 28, 2007.

The wedding date for the wedding of HRH Prince William of Wales and Catherine Middleton was announced to be April 29, 2011. The wedding will take place in the Westminster Abbey in London.

Bruno and Barbara Gómez-Acebo are expecting their 3rd child in the spring of 2011.

The couple already have 2 sons, Alejandro and Guillermo.

Bruno is the third child and second son of HRH Infanta Pilar of Spain and the late HE Don Luis Gómez-Acebo, the Duchess and Duke of Badajoz, Dowager Viscountess and Viscount de la Torre.

Princess Margarita of Bourbon-Parma and Tjalling ten Cate expecting second child

HRH Princess Margarita of Bourbon-Parma, Countess of Colorno, and Tjalling ten Cate are expecting their second child in the spring of 2011.

Their first child, Julia, was born September 3, 2008.

Religious wedding of the Duke of Parma and Annemarie Gualthérie van Weezel

The religious wedding of HRH Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Parma, the Duke of Parma and Piacenza, and Annemarie Gualthérie van Weezel, took place on November 20, 2010.

The wedding was scheduled to take place on August 28, 2010, but the father of the groom, HRH the Duke of Parma and Piacenza, Prince Carlos Hugo of Bourbon-Parma, died August 17 and was burried on August 28, 2010.

The civil wedding took place on June 12, 2010.

First day of militairy training for Prince Joachim of Belgium

HIRH Prince Joachim of Belgium, Archduke of Austria-Este, started his basic militairy training on November 16, 2010. After this training, the Prince will follow a naval training.

The Prince was accompanied by his parents, TIRH Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduchess and Archduke of Austria-Este, on his first day.
