Wedding G&S: The Wedding dress & bridesmaids + pages outfits, hair and make-up

The designer of the wedding dress of the new HRH Princess Stéphanie of Luxembourg, née Countess of Lannoy, is Elie Saab.

The dress required 3200 hours of work and 700 hours of embroidery sewing. Among the items used, 50 meters of Chantilly lace, 40 yards of lace from Calais, 30 meters of satin organza, 70 meters tulle, crepe silk lining, 15 meters of silk tulle for the veil, 200 skeins transparent - different qualities and size - more than 80,000 different transparent crystals, 50,000 beads, and more than 10,000 meters of embroidery covered with silver. The dress measured 2.50 meters in length with a second train starting from the waist with the length of 4.50 meters. The veil measured 5 meters and the skirt had 12 layers.

The Bridesmaids and pages are wearing clothes from Nathan.

The brides hair was done by Tom Marcineau from Maison CARITA-Paris, while her make-up was done by Bouzouk, a make-up artist from Belgium.

The hair of HRH Grand Duchess Maria Theresa of Luxembourg, HRH Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg, Antonia Hamilton and the younger bridesmaids was also done by Tom Marcineau, while other family members had their hair done by Salons Alexandre de Paris, Decreton (Metz), as well as Luxembourg hairdresser Jeanne and Dessange.

The make-up of HRH Grand Duchess Maria Theresa of Luxembourg, HRH Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg, Antonia Hamilton and the younger bridesmaids was also done by Tom Marcineau from Maison CARITA-Paris, while other family members had their make-up done by Decreton (Metz) and Dessange.
