HRH the Duke of York, The Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom of Great-Britain and Northern Ireland, attended a reception at Downing Street in central London, hosted by Samanta Cameron, wife of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great-Britain and Northern Ireland, David Cameron.
