
Today, July 21, 2010, is the National day of Belgium. Traditionally this is celebrated with the Royal family.

TM King Albert and Queen Paola of the Belgians, HM Queen Fabiola of Belgium, and TRH the Duke and Duchess of Brabant, Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde of Belgium, attended a religious service at Saint-Gudule cathedral in Brussels.
Watching the traditional military parade on National Day in front of the Royal Palace were TM King Albert and Queen Paola of the Belgians, HM Queen Fabiola of Belgium, and TRH the Duke and Duchess of Brabant, Prince Philippe and Princess Mathilde of Belgium, TI&RH Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium, Archduchess and Archduke of Austria-Este, with their youngest son, HI&RH Prince Joachim of Belgim, Archduke of Austria-Este, and TRH Prince Laurent and Princess Claire of Belgium.
After the traditional military parade the members of the Royal family visited stands of the party in the Warande. (At the Warandepark, the Koningsplein, the Museumplein, the Kunsberg, the Regentschapstraat, the Grote Zavel and the Poelaertplein.)
At night Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz attended a concert of the Choire of the European Union.
After that Princess Astrid, Prince Lorenz and Prince Laurent watched, joined by the daughter of Prince Laurent, HRH Princess Louise of Belgium, the fireworks.
