* The late HRH Crown Prince Leka Zogu of Albania (aka HM King Leka Zogu of Albania), who was married to the late HM Queen Susan of Albania, born Susan Cullen-Ward. They have 1 son.

** HRH Prince Leka Anwar Zog Reza Baudouin Msiziwe Zogu of Albania who is engaged to Elia Zaharia.
