HRH Princess Estelle of Sweden, Duchess of Östergötland's christening gown was worn for the first time by Prince Gustaf Adolf, when he was baptized in 1906 and has also been worn by Gustaf Adolf's siblings, the children of Prince Gustaf Adolf and Princess Sibylla, and by the current King's children, Crown Princess Victoria and of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Madeleine. At Princess Margaret's baptism in 1935 a cape with a hat of cream colored satin silk was added. In the lining of the cape, all the names and dates that the gown was used, was embroidered.
