It's a boy for Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo

Andrea Casiraghi and his fiancée, Tatiana Santo Domingo, became the proud parents of their first child, a son, yesterday, March 21, 2013. The name has not yet been published.

The boy is the first grandchild for HRH the Princess of Hanover, Hereditary Princess Carline of Monaco. If H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, the younger brother of the Princess, does not have children, the newborn boy will be the heir, providing that the new parents marry.

Andrea Casiraghi and fiancée Tatiana Santo Domigo expect their first child

Andrea Casiraghi, the oldest son of HRH The Princes of Hanover, Hereditary Princess Caroline of Monaco, and his fiancée, Tatiana Santo Domigo, are expecting their first child in January 2013.

Confirmed: Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo are engaged

Andrea Casiraghi [the eldest child of HRH the Princess of Hanover, Hereditary Princess Caroline of Monaco, and the late Stephano Casiraghi] and Tatiana Santo Domingo are engaged. The wedding will take place in 2013.

Update: 4 July 2012: The Princess of Hanover has confirmed the engagement.

First wedding anniversary for the Prince and Princess of Monaco

TSH The Prince and Princess of Monaco, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene, are celebrating their first wedding anniversary today (civil wedding) and tomorrow (religious wedding).

To celebrate this, the Princely Court released an official picture of the couple. Click HERE to view that picture at the facebook page of the Court.

A quote from the Prince related to the couples first anniversary:
"We are really happy and I have the feeling that it happened yesterday. I am very proud of what my wife has accomplished this past year, creating Her foundation dedicated to children and sport, and being so involved in her new role in Monaco . The Princely Court of monaco announced the creation of the Princess Charlene Foundation on December 9, 2011. HSH The Princess of Monaco will present her foundation in 2012. The foundation will focus on children and women in need.

Wedding A&C: Dinner

H.S.H. Sovereign Prince Albert  of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock have chosen Mr Alain Ducasse to organise the official dinner of their wedding, in collaboration with the S.B.M.

The couple would like this moment to celebrate Mediterranean cuisine, using mainly products from the region, in particular those from the Prince's estate located at Rocagel.

Over 450 persons will attend this dinner, which will take place on the terraces of the Opéra Garnier on the 2nd of July.

Wedding A&C: Wedding gift account at General Treasury of Finances

HSH Sovereign Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock have opened an account at the General Treasury of Finances called "Mariage Princier - TGF." The account was created to receive donations for Funds by those individuals who wish to give a gift to the Sovereign Prince and his fiancée on occasion of their wedding.

Wedding A&C: Schedule wedding days released

The schedule of the wedding days of HSH Sovereign Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlène Wittstock has been released. The couple will marry on July 1 & 2, 2011.

From the official website about the wedding:

"FRIDAY 1st JULY
5.00pm : The civil wedding will take place in the Throne Room of the Prince's Palace.
The Monegasques will be able to follow the ceremony on giant screens located on Palace Square. The Square will be accessible to Monegasques and their families from 4pm onwards.
5.50pm : After the ceremony, the newly-wedded couple will appear on the balcony of the Salon des Glaces in order to salute the Monegasques.
6.00pm : A cocktail buffet will be offered to the Monegasques on Palace Square. The Mayor of Monaco will present the gift of the Monegasques to the couple.
8.00pm : The residents of the Principality will be invited to a reception on the Port.
10.30pm : A large concert will be offered by the newly-wedded couple on the Port. Jean-Michel Jarre will present a unique sound and light show.
A very large audience is expected.

SATURDAY 2nd JULY
5.00pm : The religious wedding will take place in the Main Courtyard of the Prince's Palace.
The gates of the Palace will remain open in order to allow around 3500 seated persons to follow the ceremony, which will be broadcast on giant screens on the Palace Square.
6.30pm : The couple will leave the Palace for the Sainte Dévote church in order for the Princess to leave her bouquet.
The public will be able to gather all along the procession route in order to congratulate the couple.
9.00pm : The official dinner and the ball will take place at the Opera Garnier and on the Terraces of the Monte-Carlo Casino.
Midnight: A fireworks display will conclude this dinner, which will also have various styles of music."

Charlene Wittstock converts to Catholicism

Charlene Wittstock, fiancée of HSH Sovereign Prince Albert of Monaco, has converted to Roman Catholicism.

According to a statement from the Princely family, "Miss Charlene Wittstock who professes the Christian faith has been admitted by free and personal choice into full communion with the Catholic Church."

Princess Antoinette of Monaco died

HSH Princess Antoinette of Monaco, Baroness de Massy, died March 17, 2011. The funeral will take place on March 24 at 10 a.m.

The Princess was the first child and only daughter of TSH Princess Charlotte and Prince Pierre of Monaco, Duchess and Duke of Valentinois, born Count Pierre of Polignac, and reached the age of 90 last December.

Princess Antoinette married 3 times, first to Alexandre Noghès, with whom she has 3 children, Elisabeth-Anne, Christian and Christine, all 3 born out of wedlock, she then married Jean-Charles Rey and finally, she married John Gilpin. All 3 of her children are/were married and have children.

Elisabeth-Anne de Massy first married Baron Bernard Taubert-Natat, with whom she has a son, Baron Jean-Léonard Taubert-Natat. Baron Jean-Léonard is married. After they divorced, she married Nicolai Vladimir Costello, dit de Lusignan with whom she has a daughter, Mélanie.

Christian Louis de Massy first married Maria Marta Quintana y del Carril with whom he has a daughter, Laetizia. Laetizia married Thomas de Brouwer and they have 2 children, Rose and Sylvestre. Christian then married Anne Lütken, they didn't have children together. Christian then married Julia Lakschin. They also divorced without having children. Finally, Christian married Cécile, they have 2 sons, Brice and Antoine. Brice was adopted.

The late Christine de Massy, married first Charles Knecht, they have a son, Keith. Keith is married to Donatella di Guevarra Fabbri and they have 4 children, Christine, Alexia, Vittoria and Andrea. After the divorce, Christine (de Massy) married Leon Leroy. Christine died February 15, 1989.

Wedding A&C: More information about the wedding of Sovereign Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlène Wittstock made public

There was new information released concerning the wedding of HSH Sovereign Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlène Wittstock.

Information on the civil and religious wedding of HSH Prince Albert II and Ms Charlene Wittstock

The civil wedding will take place on Friday 1 July at 5pm in the Throne Room of the Palace of Monaco. It will be celebrated by Philippe Narmino, Director of the Judicial Services and President of the Council of State. Philippe Narmino is the Ruling Family's Registrar.

The religious ceremony will take place on Saturday 2 July at 5pm in the Main Courtyard of the Palace of Monaco, where Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Bernard Barsi.

The gates to the Palace will remain open to enable some 3 500 guests to be seated for the ceremony, which will be broadcast on giant screens.

The official dinner, followed by a ball, will take place at the Oceanographic Museum

On this occasion, Friday 1 July and Saturday 2 July will be public holidays.

The civil wedding will take place on July 1, 2010, at 17h in the Throne Room at the Princely Palace. The religious wedding will take place on July 2, 2010, innthe courtyard of the Princely family, and will also start at 17.00h.
