HH the Emir of Ras Al Khaima, Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, has issued a Decree on December 6, 2010, appointing his son, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, as the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaima.
