Mike and Zara Tindall became the proud parents of their first child, a girl, today, January 17, 2014, The girl weighed 3515 grams (7 lbs, 12 oz) at the time of her birth and is 16th in line to the British throne.
Zara is the daughter of HRH The Princess Royal. It is the third granddaughter for the Princess. Her son, Peter, and his wife, Autumn, have two daughters, Savannah and Isla.
Update: Mike and Zara have named their daughter Mia Grace.
