The Emir of Kuwait attends the opening session of the one-day Arab League summit

HH the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, attended the opening session of the one-day Arab League summit in Sirte on October 9, 2010.
